Research & Development (R&D Lab)

Internship Purpose

Baramouda is offering a 3-month R&D Internship for motivated students or fresh graduates interested in applied research, laboratory work, and sustainable agriculture.
This is a hands-on internship, where interns actively contribute to ongoing research and product development activities.

Internship Duties & Responsibilities

The intern will support the R&D team in:

Preparing samples and supporting formulation trials
Recording experimental data and observations accurately
Supporting field trial data collection (when applicable)
Assisting in product development and improvement processes
Following lab safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
Participating in technical discussions and research reviews

Required Qualifications :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic laboratory knowledge
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
Team player with curiosity and initiative
Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets is a plus)

(Provided as a support allowance during the internship period)
